Private beta

Click once. Get a clean recap of every client call.

Notelope records your client calls on Google Meet, Teams and Zoom from your Windows PC, without a bot joining. You get a transcript, a summary, action items and a recap email ready to send. Recordings stay on your PC; audio is only sent for processing and deleted right after.

Free during beta, including 300 minutes of meetings.

How it works

Three steps from call to client recap

01

Hit record

Click Start or press Ctrl+Shift+R. When Notelope sees a meeting starting, it asks first. It never records on its own.

02

Talk as usual

A small floating pill shows the timer. Notelope captures your mic and the call audio separately, so it knows who said what.

03

Send the recap

Stop, and Notelope prepares a summary, decisions, an email draft for your client, and action items you can send to Jira, Notion or Asana.

Mixed-language calls

Speak the way you speak. Get the recap in clear English.

English, Hindi and Gujarati, even mixed in one sentence. Notelope understands Hinglish and Gujlish calls, and the summary, tasks and email always come out in clear, professional English.

No bot in the room

Your client sees a normal call. Nobody extra joins.

Most note-takers send a bot into your meeting as a participant. Notelope runs on your Windows PC and records the audio you already hear: no bot in the participant list, nobody waiting in the lobby. Just tell your client you're taking notes, like you would anyway.

What you get after a 32-minute call

Website redesign kickoff with Northwind 6 Oct 2026, 4:30 PM · 32 min · English
Executive summary
Northwind wants a full redesign of their marketing site, launching before their January product release.
Main goals: clearer pricing page, faster load times, and an easier way for their team to publish case studies.
Budget and an eight-week timeline were agreed in principle.
Priya will be the single point of contact for feedback.
Decisions
Start with the homepage and pricing page first.
Two rounds of design revisions per page.
Weekly check-in every Tuesday at 4 pm.
From call to tasks

Action items become tasks, in the tools you already use.

Every action item lands on your Notelope task board with its owner, due date and what was discussed. Move it from To do to Done, or send it to Jira, Notion or Asana in one click.

Jira Creates an issue in your project, with priority, due date and the discussion in the description.
Notion Adds a page to your database and fills columns like Due, Priority and Owner.
Asana Adds a task to your project with its due date and notes from the call.

Connect a tool once in Settings. Nothing is sent until you click.

FAQ

Questions before you try it

Is Notelope free?

Yes, during the private beta. Every tester gets 300 minutes of meetings. We'll tell you well before anything changes, and nothing is ever charged automatically.

Does it work on Mac?

Not yet. Notelope is a Windows app; Mac comes later.

Which meeting apps does it work with?

Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom, and any other call you can hear on your PC, because Notelope records your microphone and your computer's sound.

Do I need to tell the other people in the call?

Yes. No bot joins, so nobody sees a note-taker in the participant list, but you should still tell participants and get their consent where the law requires it. "I'll record this so I can send you a recap" is usually all it takes.

What happens to my audio?

Recordings are saved on your PC. To make a recap, the audio is sent securely to our server and our AI provider, used only for that, and deleted right after. Transcripts and summaries stay in your account until you delete them. See our privacy policy for details.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. Our AI provider processes your audio under terms that don't allow it to be used for training models, and we never sell your data.

Spend your time on the work, not the notes.

We're letting in a small group of freelancers and agencies to shape Notelope. Leave your email and we'll send you an invite and a download link.
